The Hurt Locker takes top prize

If you have not seen The Hurt Locker yet you need too.  This movie is amazing and emotional and scary and thoughtful and painful…..it is just so many things.  I had so many different emotions when I saw it.  I was not interested in it at first but so many people were talking about it and then I heard that it was nominated for 9 awards I figured what the hell.

I was so happy I did.  I was not disappointed by any means.  Check out the trailer then check out the movie.  Also have a pillow to squeeze for those tense moments and a Kleenex.

New Forum

Good evening everyone,

First I would like to say thank you everyone who is visiting the site.  I could not imagine this would take off like this when I started it a couple years ago.  We now have people registering as users on a daily bases and I want all of you to be able to talk to each other and hopefully we can put some people in touch with each other.

Over the weekend my husband and I are going to be working on the site so we might have some downtime.  We are attempting to have the site be more interactive for our visitors and to do that we need to change out the format.  We are going to put the site into more of a forum so you can leave comments for each other and talk amongst yourselves.

Please be patient with us while we make this change to better serve the needs of our visitors.  Of course we will still have the list.  We are not taking anything away but only adding to our site.  Once the new forum is up, unfortunately you will need to register.  I tried to get around this but it could not be done.

I will keep you posted on the progress.
